Sardine rillettes

Rillettes de sardine
  • 3 tins of sardines
  • 1 - 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 lemon
  • 80g butter
  • Pepper

Open the tins, drain the fish and put them into a container to mix blend them


Add 2 tbsp of the oil from the sardine tins, 80g butter, 1 - 2 tbsp capers to taste, lemonde juice and pepper and blend finely.
