The blenders of our different ranges (DYNAMIX, JUNIOR, MASTER, SMX), which combine the mixer foot and the blender / homogeniser foot allow you to prepare high quality ice cream by sprinkling fresh, defrosted or freeze-dried ingredients, emulsifying fats, sugars and liquids; all while blending the ingredients uniformly.
The blender / homogeniser hood system allows you to finely chop fruits (fresh or defrosted), also raspberry seeds, blackberries, any kind of berries or fibrous fruits like pineapple, while at the same time emulsifying the fruits with the base (water, sugars, neutrals).
The hood of the foot blender - homogeniser, easily removable/dismountable for perfect hygiene, is designed to facilitate the emulsification of the various semi-finished products with the base, improving the homogeneity of the mixture and reducing working time.
Perfect for preparing cold emulsions based on milk, sugars, fats, neutral foods, flavours and other products, a homogeneous and well emulsified mixture is obtained, improving the aroma and flavour of the ice cream.
By using these two accessories (mixer foot and blender foot/homogeniser), a perfectly emulsified mixture is obtained, in which the aromas and flavours are reinforced and the ingredients are distributed homogeneously.
