Apple and pear compote

Ingredients
  • 6 apples
  • 3 pear (very ripe)
  • 3/4 of a glass of water
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 3 pinches of cinnamon
Method

Peel and core the apples and pears : cut into chunks using a Dynacube

 

Put the fruit, sugar, and ground cinnamon into a pan and add 1/2 a glass of water

 

Cover the pan and leave to simmer on a low heat for about 20 minutes. Stir regulary. 

 

Blend and leave to cool to room temperature

 

Pour into bowls and chill in the fridge

 

Tip : You can replace the cinnamon with bourbon vanilla... Serve warm or cold with little biscuits
