Tapenade of green olives flavoured with rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 400g pitted green olives
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
Method
  • Peel and crush the garlic with a garlic press.

 

  • Put the olives, garlic, lemon juice and rosemary in a salad bowl.

 

  • Blend everything for 30 seconds, the mixture should not be too smooth.
